What Is Included
Spring/Summer AC Tune-Up
- Clean outdoor condenser coil
- Inspect indoor coil and blower wheel
- Check refrigerant levels, temperature split and electrical component
- Test motors, capacitor, contactor and compressor

- Tighten all electrical connection
- Check thermostat operation
- Visual inspection of ductwork and plenums
- Replace customer-provided filters
Fall/Winter Heating Tune-Up
- Inspect heat exchanger (gas furnace) and burner assembly
